Pissed off

Early morn @ work, got pissed off by this inexperienced guy frm a third party company. He called me 3-4 times already! It's always the same topic and ques. He's still revolving this ques since end 2006.

So this time round, i screwed him upside down till he' speechless. I'm so pissed by him!

His ques: Can i claim your co if the cargoes are damaged.
Me: I've told u many times before, It depends on case to case basis

His ques: WHAT IF the cargoes is damaged in this way... in that way... claim who? ( he gave me 4 scenarios in total)
Me: You wont noe what will happen, dun give me scenario, u cant predict accidents. When it happens, we will sit down n discuss. There's so many factors that trigger an accidents. No point u give me those fake scenario. My insurance agent will contact you.
I stressed to him again, is by case to case basis.

The ting that pissed me off is that, he's covering his ass. If i say, can claim from my co, then watever shit, he also claim my co.

My insurance agent is my dad's gd pal. His advice to me is always this: In insurance cases, it's a very sensitive issues. Cannot say sorry or yes immediately as it will give u no case to fight back.

A check with his co-colleague, this timid guy is younger than me and had juz started working.

Just don't want to say this...no balls... *pissed me off.
