Change Management - haha really about it...

Yay got back my change management grades! Got an A! just nice hit above 83 at 83.3 to land me a A. My CM Project got full marks! Damm happy! coz i put in lotsa lotsa of efforts for it.

My prof was telling me... "U need to put in more efforts in your test!" haha.. i guess if i have done so, i could get A+ haiz... upholding the expectationd of my cm prof reminds me of the self fulfilling prophecy.

my two cm test got slightly below average of the class due to the urgency of uom mam and i had sacrifice the tests preparation for it. my cm prof''s direct remark was so demoralising at first. but it turn into a force, a force of determination.

2 weeks back, received an invitation email by the prof to be his strategy class teaching assistant. haha would love to take it, but too bad i haven't taken strategy. instead took up his another offer for change management.

Received his arrow few days back. haha.. will have to do a detailed research on change audit and agents. today at the lib, went to search for all the books related to it.!!!
