Des was asking me, if i'm given a choice, would i want to do what i like.. like opening a bakery cafe. I told him, definately i would love to do tat. But can i? Seems not possible yet.

I knew that bcos of this, he would try to give me an island concept kitchen if possible. Lovely Des :)
But no matter what, HDB doesnt allow selling food items frm hoMe or through blogs. It have to be a registered shop or a factory.

Whenever i bake or cook for des, he would ask me, can sell this? How much you wanna sell.. haha. Currently, his fav food is my hand-made Wo tie jiao zi... (he can finished 20 wo tie as lunch) :)

My intention of baking is tat, if i prepare the food myself, i can be assured of the good quality ingredients and hygiene in the process of making. YOu can neber imagine how 'clean' it is behind the chef doors.
